life is so full of stress that I found it heard to keep my cool. Lately I have started to practice meditation and Reikie regularly. I have noticed a peculiar change in myself. I pray to God twice and it relaxes me so much that no negative thoughts cross my mind.I feel I am back from a Spa for my brain. I feel rejuvinated and thus tensionfree, though there is much work pressure.I chant the name of Krishna(God) when I am going to my workplace or comming back. I remain cheerful henceforth.Actually this technique was told by my mom,she asked me to follow a routine for the relaxation of my troubled mind. Hats off! to her. do you follow any particular routine to ease your mind.

I go outside whenever the weather is good and just take in nature. It always calms me down. When the weather is cooperating, I do some gardening. I've always called gardening my "therapy". It relaxes me, helps me to sleep better and allows me to think through difficult situations.
Nature knows how to take care of itself, to renew and rejuvenate itself. It makes me feel so good to sit outside and soak it all in. I feel renewed each time.

Meditation has helped me.So has deep breathing exercises and watching some good entertainment. Spending time with friends and ranting it out also has helped a great deal when it comes to destressing.
