Father is very important in a child life, but there are so many father that are missing out in their child or children life. For a father to get the respect that they needed by their children is to respect their mother, keep their marriage strong and vital. They have to spent time with their children, treasuring children often means sacrificing other things, many times the only way a father talk to their children is, when they have done something wrong, but father must take time to talk to their kids, when they are very young and take time to listen to their ideas and problem. Every children need guidance and discipline not as punishment, but one must set reasonable limit. Father must remind their children of the consequences of their action and provide meaningful reward for good behaviour. Father must be a role model to their kids, it is very important, whether they realize it or not. A girl who spends time with a loving father grows up knowing she deserves to be treated with respect.
