Do you like discussions that bring you new information which have been copied from another site or do you like the ones that have started in the minds of your friends?
I like both as long as the info from other sites is not to long. I don't like to read long discussions, by long I mean a quarter page or more.

Yes I like such discussion. It's not possible to visit all the sites. If I get new information collected from a site and presented by any myLot member I participate that discussion.I also collect information from a site and present it.

I don't mind if the subject is of interest to me. Sometimes when I am tired a long discussion feels a bit overwhelming but if I leave it until the next day and the topic is interesting it doesn't bother me.
The good thing about being here are the varied choices of topics, there is usually something for everyone.

I prefer original content and dislike copied material as I am a stickler for copyright infringement should there be a breach.
I like new and fresh information.
All too often I see discussion posted that are exactly the same as one I repsonded to the day before just a different MyLotter posting it. That drives me nuts but I just ignore it, for now.
I too am not into reading a discussion that is too long and by too long, I mean a half a page. A quarter of a page is doable by my terms. Anything longer gets to be too much I feel.

I like the thoughts of friends, because then you can help them solve their problem or just be a rebound for their thoughts. I suppose doing other site information is helpful for somethings.

I like to read both as well, with longer posts just when I am in the mood to read it, or if I know that the person presents it in a quality way so as to be understood quickly and efficiently.
