Hey,
I want to lose weight, I'm currently anywhere from 160-180
I want to get down to 140 :) but 149 would do.
I want to do this before august 09.
okay here's the thing,
I want to workout and all the indoors. No gym etc.
I'm starting to take a walk every morning but it's really rainy were I live currently so yeah.
What's good cardio workouts and stuff that you do indoors? without weight etc.
x] And good diets and stuff.

I would suggest getting yourself an exercise ball (sometimes called a stability ball). They are great tools that you can use in your own home. If you go to YouTube, you can find tons of good workouts to do with the ball.
Another good tool to use in your home is a resistance band. It is small and easy to store and gives you all of the benefits of having weights. These are often used on some of the videos on YouTube as well.
I would recommend changing your diet slowly - this will help you stick with it. At first, keep track of exactly what you eat and ALL of what you eat. This will help you figure out where you need to go next.
Then try drinking at least 8 glasses of water each day. Work your way up to the 8 glasses if you dont currently drink any. For the first week, drink a glass of water when you get up in the morning. The next week, add another glass of water to lunch. Keep building up until you get there.
Then start adding more fruits and vegetables to your meals. They are naturally lower in calories and will help keep you full.
After you are comfortable eating the fruits and veggies, start adding whole grains into your diet. Eat brown rice instead of white rice. Find bagels that use whole wheat flour instead of processed flour.
Losing weight takes some time. But by August, you can definitely see some of that fat gone and feel better about yourself! The key is changing one thing at a time so that you stick with it! If you try to change everything all at once, you will get frustrated and be much more likely to quit.
Good luck!

Well I've been trying to lose weight for awhile now, and so far I've lost 30 lbs. I do in-home walking its a walking DVD that you do right there in your living room, you start out walking 1 mile, and work your way up to even 5 miles if you want to. Right now I walk 3 miles on Mon, Wed, Fri. and I walk 2 miles on tues and thurs. and take sat and sunday off. Its real easy to use, there's no hard steps to do or anything, you can walk anytime you want rain or shine. As for my diet, I still eat what I want to eat I just eat less of it, I try not to go for seconds. The lady that has these videos is named Leslie Sansone, just look her up on the internet and I'm sure you'll find her, she has so many different videos, you can just pick which one you want to start with. Good luck and have a good day
