Best Sport

I would have to say the sport of Mixed Martial Arts! (MMA) I love watching it on t.v. and such and my boyfriend is also a MMA fighter so.... But I love the sport and I seems to be very tough sport! The Cage fights are very Psychically! And really who does not like watching a good fight!

I am torn between Baseball and Hockey. One is a pure American institution and the other one a Canadian one, although they rarely seem to get to the play offs these last 2 years. Baseball is just a part of Sports history and, to me, at least is the finest and most loved sport ever created. Hockey is exciting, probably due to its violence. I will say that Baseball has the advantage because it is so unpredictable. For a Hockey game you can safely bet that you'll be watching the puck go back and forth on the rink for the whole game. With Baseball it all comes down to a swing, a pitch, a hit and several other factors that make it captivating. Plus, I'm a sucker for a Baseball flick.

I would say being from England that Soccer is the best all around sport. I think that the size of the sport around the world makes soccer so interesting. Also I would have to say that the quality of the players have brought the game to new levels, compared to years gone past. The amount of money these football player get paid fascinates me and makes the game more interesting to watch and scrutinise.

I would have to say that the best sport is Ice Hockey. This game takes the best aspects of so many other sports and combines them together. Hockey takes the strategy and beauty of soccer, the fast paced playing style of basketball, the hand-eye coordination of baseball and the physicality of American Football. Hockey is also so exciting, knowing that in one second, the game can change. It also has the greatest trophy in all of sports, the Stanley Cup. It also is nice that there is a sport that allows the players to fight one another because this prevents cheap shots and other dangerous activities. They style and grace of hockey is what makes it the best sport in the world.
