Weightloss with Ephedra

If you have a weak heart then it is not the smartest thing to use it. Yes it speeds up your metabolism which results in weight loss, but also speeds up your heart rate and the workload for your heart. Kind of like caffeine but much stronger. It can also make you dependent on it. like when you take a pain killer for a etended period of time, it starts to lose its effect, well ephedra does the same thing, it works great for a while, but then you have to keep "upping" the dose to get the same effect. That is why it can be dangerous.

Ephedra is very bad for you. it causes heart attacks and strokes. It is not allowed in my state. you can still find it if you look hard. but it is terrible.
