Girls: How many days your menstruation takes?

I'm glad that my menstruation takes about 3 days only. I've heard some of my friends takes about 4 days to one week their menstruation occurs and I think its just normal. How many days your menstruation takes?

Mine takes 3-4 days. The Second day would have to be the one with the heaviest flow. I've got a friend who's menstruation period takes up to 7 days or a week and the worse part would have to be in those days she's also suffering from a painful dysmenorrhea. -_-

My menstruation usually lasts 7 days. The first two days are very heavy. Then there's two days of nothing. Then the next three days are spotting.
