Any Success with SpinScuccess?

Has anyone had any success with spinsuccess? It is supposed to be a tool to submit your website to more than 10,000 search engines. People say, it generates sign ups regard less of the product you are promoting. One thing I observed is that all people who are promoting Spin Success are the affiliates. I am not sure if they have actually used the program or have got sign ups. The fact of the matter is that they may not get any sign ups for the program they are promoting, however, as long as they get sign ups as a SpinSuccess affiliate, they are happy with it. I have heard that SpinSuccess pays $5 for ever referral per month and that's residual income. Not bad, but my question is "Does it really help in getting sign ups?"
