ChaCha - Getting accepted

Hi everyone. I've seen a lot of publicity about Cha Cha lately, and wondered if anyone knows whether you have a better chance of getting accepted with a referral. A lot of comments I've seen say yes, but most of those are from people who want you to use them so that they can make money from your earnings. So, can anyone give me an honest opinion about whether I need to put down a referral or not? I've had some offers, but nobody I know personally, so I'm not sure if I wanted to put a random person down. Any advice is helpful! Thanks.

It is not accepting International members because of tax reasons and language barriers. A lot of foreigners don't speak English very well and many parts of the job require a strong proficiency of English.

Do you think they would allow you to sign up if you're an American citizen (paying taxes in America) studying abroad? This is possibly me sometime in the future, and it'd be a nice option for earning money while I'm over there.

To be honest, whether or not you are someone's referral does not matter. You don't have to sign up under anyone and if you sign up under someone it doesn't give youa better chance. Even so, feel free to sign up under me if you want. You don't have to. Anyway, on ChaCha each question is worth a different amount of money. Some questions are worth 10 cents and go up to 15 cents. I generally make about $8 an hour if I work my butt off. It's not a ton, but it's good money in a jiffy.

That was very helpful thanks. I think I'm going to give it a try, apparently they are hiring expeditors right now. Eight dollars an hour isn't bad for working from home. Much more than I make filling out those silly surveys.
