Which is sweeter? A box of chocolate? or a bouquet of flower?

Flowers and chocolates are both lovely gifts and yes I think they are usually given together but if he really only wants to give one then I would say go for the flowers. Giving chocolates on their own would look a little strange but giving flowers on their own would not. In addition he should try and choose flowers that his girlfriend will definitely like - if she has a favourite flower for example it would be very thoughtful to go for them.

I think your friend should buy both. Chocolate better to take good quality one with some value. He just need to buy a few pieces of flower as politeness. so your friend doesn't need to spend a lot but get the better result.

Which gift does his girlfriend treasure more, flowers or chocolate? I have had girlfriends in the past who favored one over the other. And I think that after one year with her, he should know the answer. But as noted in the above response, a gift given with love is always treasured.

Neither is as sweet as the love with which they are given. Things don't matter much, but the joy of love certainly does.

box full of chocolate is a better choice...flowers will remind only for a moment or for some days, but chocolates will remain in the taste tongue for the entire life if its being presented by the loved one...so i recommend a box full of good chocolates.. happy to respond..happy mylotting..
