i personally like sagada, cagayan valley, la union. perfect for backpackers. i also love ilocos norte, ilocos sur and davao. for people coming from metro manila, the weekend vacation spots are manila environs like tagaytay city (go to nurture spa or sonya's garden for relaxing , stress-free weekned or opt for adventure and active activities like cable cars, flying superman style at the zipline , or traversing the downhill bike trail) ; batangas (to go diving, wakeboarding or simply enjoying the beach), subic (for different theme parks and shopping at the duty free shop

I am from the Philippines too and i agree there are so many beautiful places to see like Bohol, Amanpulo in Palawan, Camsur, Boracay Island in Aklan, Siargao, Cebu, San Juan in Batangas, Baguio city, Tagaytay, Hundred Islands, Davao, Batanes, Camiguin Island, Vigan in Ilocos and many many more..
