what would you do when you are sleepy?

I like browsing a mall in the noon or afternoon. But sometimes, because I am too tired, I feel so sleepy, but I'm in the public area. Sometimes I read, but fell asleep for a while. Is that okay?
What would you do if you can stand on the sleepiness while you are in public area?

This has happened with me. Sometime whenever social gathering and I am invited to present a lecture and if that is usually a mid day time, I feel sleepy as others would be addressing the people.
At this I usually drink water or try to think something serious. It keeps my eye open but very painful

if I am sleepy I would lay down and read a good book or watch a movie until i fell asleep. If I am in public I Would get a cup of coffee or something that would keep me awake because I wouldn't want people to see me all tired and stuff.

Good day, j4ck_86. Well, when I feel sleepy, I listen to music while posting here using my phone. But I will not let myself to fall asleep in public places. I can only sleep when I am on my house because it is the best place for me to sleep and I don't feel comfortable to sleep in a public place. This is my response, happy mylotting.

its absolutely not safe to sleep when you are in the public area. Dozing off makes you forget yourself and you are inviting trouble. keep yourself engaged in some activity which keeps you brisk. Talk to your friend and exchange few memories about your past that will surely awake you. splash water in your face often to keep you going. Eat right kind of diet. Taking wrong food in the lunch time will make one to go bed..so food also do play an important in maintaining your energy. Mix glucose with water and drink whenever you feel tired and sleepy.

First of all i don't get sleep automatically.secondly if i become sleepy ,i just go to sleep and then wake up in 10 to 15 mins this is called mini nap technique it also helps in refreshment. many a times i just close my eyes and do meditation this also helps me keep awake as well as it refreshes me.
