Actions or Words.?

i am having such difficult time understanding people. i really cannot tell if that person is good or not. if that person can easily be trusted or not worthy of my trust. I cannot really define a person easily. I would like to know, if how will you get to know and know the real them? do you intend to be captured by their works and know that their works are true? or do you listen well to their catchy poetic talk and you find them that they are a good person? I have meet so many people, that they acted bad but they talk like angels, some also are vice versa..
Now what you think, how will you really know the person..? Through their actions or through their words?

Hi orang!
I am lucky that I have some sort of 6th sense with people and rarely is it wrong. I start off thinking (and hoping) that all people can be trusted and then as time passes I realise some cannot. There ar those that make mistakes when then say things, saying one thing one day and another the next.
I'm a pleasant and cheerful and sharing everything with everyone, even those I'm not friends with. No-one gets my back up either - until they cheat and then I'm like a bull in a china shop! I go wild 
However I never offend. I say what I have tosay until the person concerned either gives up or goes.
I may seem harsh at first but once you get to know me better... well that's not for me to tell you now is it 
I might not be everyone's cup of tea but then some like coffee too
