Sikh votes is not a big factor for Manmohan Singh being candidate of congress for Prime Minister. He is from sikh community but still don't have that much influence there. Ya that puppet thing is right, none other can compete with him on that. And he is yet not P.M, he is just a candidate as of now as you mentioned "Manmohan Singh again P.m of India'.
