Do you have a pen pal?

I always thought it would be nice to have a pen pal..somebody that lived in a different state or country than you that you could keep in touch with weekly or monthly just as friends. The only scare I would have with it is sharing so much of your life with someone that you don't know in fear they aren't an honest person. You would obviously have to share some of your personal information with them since you will be talking with them so often but there is that what if? They are left knowing your address, name, etc and what if that person uses that info against you? Does anyone hear have a pen pal if so how long have you been pen pals and where are they from?
