Suppose you are cornered to choose only one between these two -- an Internet connection or a cell phone, which one will you choose?

I will choose the internet connection only. Here we can enjoy the both the benefit. Though we can get the internet facility in the mobile, the clarity and speed of browsing will be very poor in the mobiles, what ever may be the cost of the mobile. So my choice is always internet connection.

Internet connection for sure!!!! I am not a huge fan of cell phones, I just bought a trac fone a few weeks back just for emergencies during travel or such..I have used it maybe twice just to make sure it works other than that I could care less about it and half that time forget I even have it. I love my internet however, I do almost everything on here and am on it daily.

The question you pose is an interesting one. Personally I would prefer internet connection. However, many would say (now days) a cell phone because with many different cell phones you can access the internet. The problem with having the ability to access the internet with a cell phone is that you can't really do much online and you are unable to download full files of anything. Some do have the capability to download music but not much more.

Internet and cellphone are important and is part of our daily living. For me the most essential is cellphone because it is where we can easily get the messages from our friends, relatives or co-workers and loved ones. I check my cellphone every hour of the day and get excited for the messages received and I check also e-mails or go online just about 3 hours in a day.

Internet! Hands down. I hate my cellphone. I dont even answer it anymore. Besides,if you have the internet then all of your friends can just Instant message you!
I am an internet addict. I spend hours a day on here, so I would have to coos my Internet. Besides, you can make money with the Internet.

If this is the thing being technologically oriented I will prefer to have a cell phone as I can have the best of the worlds with the cell phone, I will take a GPRS enabled phone enable the service with this I can connect directly to my near and dear ones and at the same time spend time on intenet to increase m quest for knowledge.

I choose internet because iam a webmaster and a blogger and i work more than 10 hours online.
I will not choose cellphone because on internet there are many sites by which i can me calls and receive and i can send free text too.
So, my vote goes to Internet because i cannot leave with out internet one day also.

If I could only have 1, I would definitely have to go with my cell phone. It is the only phone I have. It doesnt make sense to pay for a cell phone and a land line if I dont need to!
I would miss having the internet at home all of the time, but I would still access the internet at work and at the library.
I dont think my husband would be excited at all if this were ever the case. He spends a lot of time playing Xbox Live. It requires an internet connection to play games with other people from all of the world! He uses this as his time to unwind and relax. Without the internet connection, he would still play on the Xbox, but I am sure it wouldnt be as enjoyable!
I really hope I never have to choose between the two. It would be a really hard choice to make!
