i am building an education site ,
with membership facilities,
where people can join through a autoresponder syatem & can submit their content ,
can anyone know where to start , what to do .
i am unable to purchse anything.
if you can suggest any other way , it would be appreciated.

You can search from Googel,enter"free forum" then you shall find a list of website which can meet your requirment.By the way I'm also interested in education site,if you build up your site,please let me know and I would like to be the first member of your site.Good luck!
