We aren't heartless and neither are they

I like to think that people can sometimes be very cruel. I've heard a lot about how heartless girls are, and the same for guys. I am a girl, and I believe that it doesn't matter what gender you are, either or can be heartless, mean, cruel, and things that I may not even understand or be aware of. Why can't we all just get along I wonder, and why do we have to fight over which one is heartless vs the other? We're imperfect, all of us.
