Can you tell a person's nationality by looking their face?

Some people are really good at telling one's nationality simply look at their face or appearance trait. A person can tell a Chinese from Vietnamese; Mexican from South American; and Brazilian from Peruvian. Do you have this kind of gift?

Yes.. I could tell.. because of the shapes and features of their faces..and the skin tone as well.

Usually, if you live around different groups you can tell them apart. I don't have that gift. But I don't believe that you can always be 100% sure unless you ask the person. I am always being labeled one nationality or ethic group because of the way I look - and not always correctly.
