Have you ever regretted a Decision you made?

I've been doing alot of thinking today as well as having a good conversation with my best friend and it HIT me like a ton of bricks today! I was in a relationship before my ex husband and I got back together...I didn't think about it at the time as that relationship was drifting apart...And it hit me...He was my Mr.Right! He treated me soooooo well and I let it slip through my fingers!

I think everyone has unless they are lying to themselves or think they can treat such things as just a learning experience. My biggest regret is getting married to who turned out to be the wrong woman and putting her career ahead of mine. Now I am alone and unemployed.

It is painful for me to make decisions and so many regrets in my life from small decisions to big that i made. But i just want to say let past be past and take it as a chance to better ourselves.

Yes I agree...It's a lesson learned for me and I'm hoping with realizing it that I can move forward and not make the same mistakes again!

I have definitely made quite a few mistakes that I have regretted. My biggest one is that I let someone that I thought was a friend move in with my family and I! Then about 6 months later after racking up a $1400.00 bill and almost ruining a very important friendship he cowardly left while my hubby, daughter, and I were out for the day! The packed up his crap, left a note of apology on the fridge, and has never been seen by me again!

Your welcome I just really wish that you didn't have to go through all of that...But not to sound heartless I'm really glad you got to see him for who he REALLY is!

I have done so many stupid things in my life, including letting ms. right slip through my fingers not only once, but twice... but I can't see myself living with anymore regret or guilt or grief than I already have. I just have to have hope in the future, and prey that there'll be a lucky third chance...

I hope that you get your chance I know for me there is no way that my ex husband is getting his 3rd chance after everything he has put me and the kids through!

I dont because everything that happens to you you learn from but that is usually the case what people dont know is that the person that is always there for you shows that they love you the most but people dont realize it

Aww, that sucks. To reply to the title, no, I haven't. I try not to regret anything at all, because it just has no use whatsoever. I try to make the best of everything, and if it doesn't work out, then it wasn't meant to be I guess.

There is a good in realizing tho I'm still really close friends with this guy and will always be and he will always hold a special place in my heart...If it ment to be maybe it can happen for him and I again someday!
