Do You Take Any Diet Supplements?

I hear that the Acia diet pill I supppose to be great.
I also heard that there are many oters ot their that supose to great also.
What do you think?

Hi, I never use those at all... I think they are good but also they have side effects. So, be careful to use it...
If you want to loose weight, try to exercise and eat healthy. If you dont over eat then you should be fine. I dont think we could loose weight only taking pill, it might require you to exercise as well.
Why wasting money on the thing that you could do on your own.
Here are some tips for loosing weight,
1. Eat regular breakfast (small amount)
2. Eat small amount and low calories lunch
3. Do not eat dinner pass 7pm. or not eat at all.
4. Exercise at least 15 minutes in a day
5. Drink water before eat each meal
6. Always chew slowly every bite of meal (it helps you feel full fast)
7. If you could eat fruit instead of real meal, then it would be great.
8. Never take snack (no tv snack, or freetime snack. NO SNACK PERIOD)
9. Thinking about loosing weight more often and thinking about eating
10. Tell someone that close to you to help you with loosing weight.

These are really great suggestions.
I 'm a former pharmacy technician, an I was the main one telling people do not take pills if you dont have to.
