Scrabble, heard of it?

I am a beginner at scrabble and got whacked at at the game from just about everyone that i played with. Seems to me everyone is better than me in English. Wonder what it takes to win a game of scrabble? Maybe an online helper like this http://www.wineverygame.com ? . I tried to memorize all possible scrabble words but failed miserably not to mention all the two letter words included in the dictionary for scrabble. Which is why I found the helper very helpful. But i would surely like to meet somebody who has mastered the art of playing scrabble.

I played scrabble with a friend and a few friends. Sometimes I win and sometimes she does. I think she is a better speller than me, but when I do win, it is strategy. Try to put high score letters on the double and triple points.

Thanks but what do you do when u have a difficult set of tiles to play with?
