in love with my friend?

I have a friend that I've recently began to like in a romantic way. I have no idea how to tell them. We've been friends forever and im scared of losing our friendship but at the same time i dont think i can handle just being friends... WHAT SHOULD I DO?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

i don't understand why you are afaid of telling her (him) you have a crush on her (him),you have the right to express your feeling as long as he/she is still single , and i don't think he/she would blame you if you are real friends
