Need some help and suggestions on the 360.

I'm wondering if anyone happens to know or has Software for the 360 to transfer saves and also do other odd and cool things with the Xbox360? I have found some sites that have some cool stuff and programs but alot of them require you to do some posting or something or pay to get them. If anyone has any info or sites or has the software, add me and help me. I would really appreciate it since I am about to destroy my 360 since I can't seem to get through any games and the main reason I play games is to have fun by using cheat disc or codes or something to make it interesting. I would like be able to use a gameshark or something on the 360 but of course you know microsoft, They blocked all that stuff. Please Help... THANKS A MILLION.....
