Are You Brave Over the Phone?

I used to be a coward over the phone. I used to defer if I have to call someone who is not a friend. And when I do call, I rush ending up forgetting to say or ask things I planned on saying or asking. If I have to do some inquiries from a store or an office, I would rather go there myself instead of calling. I do not know why, it's not as if the person from the other side could see me. But now that I am working, I am more brave. I now utilize the phone in a way that makes my life easier. What about you? Do you hesitate on calling?
