Is it discrimination to quarantine those who may have been exposed to A/H1NI but show no flu symptoms?

Well it makes perfect sense to me. If you became infected today and then walked into an air port and they checked you and see that you are fine should they just let you go? I don't think so. It's a wise move to quarantine people until they will either show symptoms or they won't but either way safety has been a priority.

For me, it is not discrimination. It's just being extra careful and diligent. We can never take chances.
