Recently I heard that a plane that landed on Mactan Cebu Airport has a Filipino passenger from Ireland who has a fever but is not confirmed as the Swine Flu yet. The thermal scanner was able to detect that person and airport authorities immediately blocked the guy and his wife and were detained for observation by medical units. They say that if it is confirmed, then they will perform a quarantine on the guy and his wife and the airport.
I have not yet confirmed this happening. Anyone? Please share your thoughts. Thanks!

I've heard from the news yesterday that H1N1 virus suspected patient are in Vicente Soto Hospital but it was not clear yet because they still observing the conditions of the patients. The patient was an OFW from Canada and the other was from Great Britain. We just hope that its just normal flu only and still remain positive that Cebu is still free from that deadly virus.

Thanks for your concern. I hope that it's also a normal flu, not the swine flu. I also heard the patient from Canada. When the patient arrived, there was still no sign of flu, but after a few days in the Philippines, she went ill and was sent to Manila for observation. They think that it's not the swine flu but still needs to be observed.

Well I hope that airport authority do all their best on that matter. It's really scary and until now they do not have the medicine for that.

Well, in some countries I think they already have a medicine for the swine flu and it's rapidly being sold out because of the virus' lethal blow to an infected person. But I don't think that we have any cure for it here in the Philippines. And I hope that the guy doesn't have any swine flu. just a normal flu.

Oh i see,I thought he was from Ireland. Yes, I think that there would be more strange diseases that will come. What's happening to our animal friends out there! What kind of disease will come next? And how lethal is it? No one knows. Well, at least we have thermal scanners at our airports! Hope it doesn't spread all over the Philippines and all over the world!

I hope your authorities will clear the status as soon as possible. So we won't be worry on our curiosity. Although i'm not Philipinnes, but if H1N1 really come to there, it's only a matter of time to affecting my country, since we are on a same region South East Asia. But i hope it never come here. And all the viruses disappear from this world. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

there were 2 cases already confirmed. the persons were infected and now isolated for proper medication and prevention of it's spread as well.. every person should be responsible of themselves and go to hospitals whenever they feel like having flu. i hope this will not turn into an outbreak. let's pray for everybody's safety
