virus from face book.

recently i got virus from facebook.com.i want to sell some snacks through facebook market place.can i sell through facebook.because i fear to open facebook.com.anyone give suggestion.could ebay.com allow food items?

I think I heard that somewhere too maybe my friend told me that facebook is going through a virus which can harm your PC if you are less concious about it.
