Love is not to make you happy but to test the limit of your sacrifices ^_^ lolz

hi Beerjie(247) for me, love is a feelings, tender feelings which are put in the human heart by a caring God. But, love is not composed of feelings only. It is feeling plus principle. Moreover, love is not controlled by feelings. It does not do anything and everything it feels. Rather, in true love, the feelings are under the control of principle. One of the grandest descriptions of love is found in scripture. Here it is:"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy,it does not boast,it is not proud. It is not self seeking,it is not easily angered,it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.It always protects,always trusts,always hopes,always preserves".

I think love is both a feeling and an act or will. I believe that love is given to a person who should us affection and loved us too. We never want to love our parents but when they took care of us well and provided us all we needed then love is given from the moment we realize that they loved us. We love our sisters and brothers because they also do the same. Or we just do because they are good or they are our real-blood relatives. We may love any person we wanted because we want to, so that is love by will. We love our partners, because they loved us too or because we just want to. You can never love someone you do not know. You can't love someone who hurt you so bad but you can always forgive. Maybe you can love again but it takes time. When there is love there should always be respect. Love is unconditional but it can also have limitations and end. Love can never happen in just one day. It takes time to love. It can be given to any person you want to. Love is never forced, because when it is forced then you can never be happy if it does not turn out to be a natural love.

love to me is when you would do anything for someone no matter what it takes.Love is where you stick up for the person you love and can not bare that person getting bad mouthed or treated bad.Love is when you miss that person when they are not around you,love is when you can not wait until you see the person again.

love is found in the most awkward places. if you see a girl or a guy you are attracted to them, sometimes the desire and lust can make you 'want them' love then come after the person begins ot grow on you aand you fall in love with there ways and personality. So is love an act of will. No because it is what grows on you after a period of time.

Love is what you feel, receive and give to someone who means and special to you.. Love is what you feel when you're happy at the same time sad, inspired and desperate.. Love is what makes us alive..

I think love is having someone that you want to spend all of your time with and you will do anything for them and them for you. They are always there for each other.

Love is much more than just simply writing something about it. Love is beyond human thought that only feelings would understand. I am no position to tell what love is for God only knows what is true love.

i agree with you that many have different opinions about love. Rather than saying that LOVE is a feeling it more than an act of will. Love cannot be expressed in words as sometimes the words are not sufficient to tell how much weight love has. Love can be seen even in flowers which express their feeling by being in more attractive colors. If the approach of a person is lovingly then the flower looks even more beautifully. This is just an expression of love where seen in flowers with respect to human eyes. I believe my customs and traditions so i believe love in all. No creature is ugly by birth it is over vision and approach which creates love or hatred on them. Loving others is normal thing but loved by others is somewhat special. So to mean as your discussion need a perfect conclusion i want to say or confine that to me love is something more than an act of will.

Love is not a simple words, it is a complex things in the world. Love is a form to give another person an attention or some helps. Love can make this world become a peace place. I can't imagine if somebody loose a love. It must be a deep hurt. :D

First of all, I am so sorry that I can't give the exact and complete definition for LOVE, as everybody in this world cannot. Viewing at different angles, it gives different definitions. For me, It's a great feeling a man should possess in order to expose it to his/her friends and family. It's not only confined to a range of closest persons to whom we are very close but it's something beyond that. As I said earlier, I can't give the exact definition. Nobody can't....

Love maybe a great feeling not just to our lover but also to our parents and fiends.Yeah,you may say that love among them is different,it's really shows the difference.What I think love to me is to travel around with my mother,because she has devoted more than she can to my life,I decide to do more things to make her feel happy.I never told my plan to my mother,I want give a surprise to her one day. To compared with you,I find I can't try to love all people like you.I'm not a merciful girl,I can't treat everyone at the same standard.I even don't want to talk with him or her. Hello, I will have to say that love is feelings and act of will. You get this feeling inside of you that makes you want to love a person, you also get a act of will, meaning you have will to love a indivisual and you are not forced to, although you may not like everyone you come in contact with, I believe you should still treat them with respect at the least. Well I feel love is something which is unconditional.......if you love someone because you expect something back from that person, then that is certainly not love........ I feel that if I love someone it most of the times has no reason......I just love being with that person, and I am ready to do anything for that person.......that is love for me...... Love should never take a selfish form......I hate the idea of loving someone because he takes care of me,he likes me,or if that person is always there for me.....for me love is just unconditional and most of the time I don't feel there should be any reason to love someone......and it is definitely a feeling which should come from within..........
