Which do you drink water from the most. I drink it from the tap, because the water in VAncouver, BC is very good here and they say it is even better than bottled water.

We've always drunk water straight from the tap here in Iowa, and it has tasted fine to us almost 100% of the time.
I remember one time when I was a kid, though, when we couldn't drink it. I was living in Cedar Rapids which happens to be down river from Waterloo. Anyway, there weren't the pollution controls back then that there are now, so when Waterloo dumped it's sewage into the river, for some reason it started making its way down to us. It smelled so bad that if you were out of town you could smell yourself back in. Since they didn't sell bottled water in the stores then, people were forced to take jugs and wait in line at the few outdoor faucets in town that were tapped into wells. To use any of the tap water we had to boil it first, and we still didn't much trust it. We were glad when the problem was finally resolved.

hi Suzie
The quality of tap water is very bad here (de-salinated water) so we depend on bottled mineral water for drinking .
The tap water is ok for cooking and for washing etc .

I dont really drink bottled water at home. We filter our tap water using Aquaguard and then drink it. But if Im eating out or traveling I always prefer bottled water.

I drink tap water, unless of course we are out somewhere then I will get bottled water, simply because I do not know what the water might be like. Some places we have been, the water is terrible, so now when we go travelling we take some water with us and gradually dilute it with water from the places we go through. This does lessen the chance of getting an upset stomach from "strange" water. :)

Tap water for sure....I dont see the need in buying bottled water seeing as it tastes the same....total waste of money!!!
