The British government has today sent out leaflets to every household in the country advising people how to wash their hands to prevent the spread of swine flu. Has the recent scare over swine flu made you more careful about washing your hands to prevent germs? Have you taken any other steps?

Thanks for your warn and I am sure I will wash my hands more than before. It is lucky that swine flu still not spread out in my country so I did not receive any leaflets about this so far. If so, maybe I will have to wear respirator as a "second step". I hope people in stricken region have more ways to avoid infection.

I haven't really taken any other steps to "prevent swine flu." I am a teacher though and working with many children makes me nervous about the possibilities. I have so many kiddos who are sick right now. Considering it's the end of the actual flu season, it's to be expected. But I can't help think - yikes, what if they had Swine Flu? I'd never know it! If I were a parent right now, I'd be terrified if my child go the flu.
