For the sake of people knowing, I am pleased to announce that the Crab Nebula is the biggest visible object in our universe, if you type it in at www.wikipedia.org you'll be able to find out all about this amazing proton star! It makes for a brilliant desktop wallpaper, I came across it thanks to the www.msn.com homepage which is always full of quality news clips and interesting facts, not to mention tips on health and money! We are able to look this far into the universe thanks to the size of the latest telescopes built at specific places around the globe, I cant remeber the name of it but I watched a program on these twin telescopes in Central America (I think) and they are massive, they can see really, really far!
