Are you the Jeans and T-shirt type?

I always like to see gals and guys in simple dressing casually in jeans and t-shirts. Jeans and t-shirts are all seasons fashion and never seems to fade with the passage of time. You may be just sick of looking at those jeans in your closet and getting up the gumption to try them on. Do they even fit anymore? Will your bottom look too big? Will they be too tight? Did you really put on weight since the last time you wore them? I have recently dig into my closet and found that most of my jeans that dated back to 3 years ago no longer fits me and need to look for those stretchable jeans to feel comfortable.

Saree by Indian women - A sari or saree or shari is a female garment in the Indian subcontinent. A sari is a
strip of unstitched cloth, ranging from four to nine metres in length that is draped
over the body in various styles. The most common style is for the sari to be wrapped
around the waist, with one end then draped over the shoulder baring the midriff
Hello my friend zandi458 Ji, Well as an Indian lady, I am purely Saree type and never used even 'Maxy' for my night wear. I always use sarees, barring school/ college days, when I was in skirt/blouse or in salwar suits. My saree wearing habit gave me bonus points, when I visited US in 2003, evryone was cuteous to offer me a seat. They were delighted to see me in saree. I personally believe, whatever regions we are, we should follow our tradditional wears. It gives great satisfaction. I love my saree. Never leave our traditional costume. I like to see the fine cloth that make up saree. Ladies in sarees look gracious. By the way how many yards do you use to make a saree. Do they wash the saree once it is worn?

Hello my friend zandi458 Ji, So nice of you for supporting me in my traditional Indian dresses. Normally, we use saree of 5.5 meters in length , including 'blouse' (suitable waer to cover front and rear of above hip portion). We wash daily our sarees, what we use daily likeany other wears. But there are different occasions to wear , we wash only if required or simply it is ironed/pressed. We also give them for dry-cleaning, there are varieties of sarees in material/design/place of wear. Please tell me your color/choice and place where I can send to you. I will be happy, if you wear once and feel comfortable. May God bless Yoy and have a graet time. [em]thumbup[/em

Yep, I am. I love wearing shirts and jeans. It is my favorite kind of clothing. As I wear jeans on a regular basis, I tend to wear them out instead of just letting them sit in the closet (with the exception of one pair that was given to me as they are too small for me, I think).

Casual and comfortable for me please. And if I can find something that actually fits in this "one size fits all" era, woohoo for me. I'm a little over weight. But I don't have that great of a figure to begin with. Someone forgot to see the bosom fairy, lol. So, I really do okay finding jeans to fit, but a large top seems to require a bosom to fill it. My upper arms are a little big. Blouses are almost impossible to find that will fit off the hanger. I can't afford to take everything and have it altered. So, for the most part it is t-shirts and jeans for me.

lol, this is very close to home. whatever it is if we are destined to be on the 'XL', so be it. Don't be over critical for the extras are a gift from above and should always be thankful as jeans definitely looks good on fleshy women. . We are the envy of those who eats like a glutton yet remains a walking scarecrow. Be blessed for you are at an advantage, the bigs are beautiful.

Ha ha that's funny. Yea of course jeans and t-shirts are going to be in style forever i would think. I mean truthfully it's quite the versatile brand of clothing that can go with anything. I love my jeans but i won't spend over $60.00 on a pair of jeans. In fact sometimes when i'm broke i'll even go to ross, marshalls, or even tjmaxx to get a cheap pair that i can just ruin in the garage or whatever.

Definitely jeans and t-shirts style are going to stay forever in the fashion world. No other dressing can be more comfortable then this and it is an international wear regardless of ages. The original brands are pricey but are good for many years so it is worth to get one or two and never need to have any other.

I really don't go anywhere but to work and then home again. I have a specific dress code that I have to wear while at work. I do usually wear jeans and a t-shirt when I go out casually though. I don't get dressed up unless I have to.

Maybe jeans and t-shirt are not suitable for office work. But t-shirt with collars are acceptable sometimes. But many people prefers the simplicity of dressing in jeans and t-shirts where ever they go.

The only time i wear jeans or cut off jean shorts is when i go out to clean. I have a cleaning business. Usually i wear sarongs. I have taken some and made tunics. They are so comfortable. Not many in the USA dress like i do. I have often beeen asked "Where are you from?". Ok, these sarongs are sold the world over but women here usually dont wear them like i do. I dont know why. I hope i inspire others.

Yes, am surprise to hear that you like sarongs. This is more of our kind of dressing in this part of the world. I hope sarongs will hit the world fashion and is no longer only confine to our people here. Great, are sarongs easily available in your place? I put on sarongs at home every day. It is what every mid age women wear here.

There are a few speciality shops here that have sarongs. I find them at festivals too. But mostly i buy them in bulk online. I pick the ones i want then sell the remaining. I always get compliments on my clothes. I wear then everyday. I am not comfortable wearing anything else. I also sell avon so i have tons of flipflops in every color. As well as jewerly to match all my sarong colors.

Hi zandi.I am big on jeans and T-shirts! I work from home and sometimes I don't go any further than my daughter's school which happens to be across the road from our house so I don't have far to go every day. I have gained a little weight lately and I am concerned that my favourite jeans may not fit; we're just coming out of summer in Australia so I haven't worn jeans for a while. If they don't fit I'll be sad and may just have to get more exercise because I refuse to do away with my favourite pair!

make sure you are always in the right weight so your jeans will fit you well. Jeans can sometimes make us conscious of any weight gain. somehow it discipline us and ensure that we keep to our standard weight.

These are the days fashion changes at the wink of the eye. Long I stopped buying apparels costly and fashionable. But thinks came such point that not even three months that was in vogue and now got passée. So I see no point in waisting money on those things. Yes you are right may less costly these two things make a good combination for all season and for both the guys and gals. I have several pairs of them. Without bothering to be to formal when attending a marriage I go into them and just push of, I mean f I am to go alone. Really they never go outdated.

well, i am thin, atually a little underweight. in that case at present i am able to fit into the jeans that i used to fit into about 10 years back... this is obviously not a healthy sign but good untill i am keeping fit.what say..?

Underweight has much worries as overweight. Jeans look good with people who are fleshy. Nevertheless, you have the advantage there as you can still fit in to your jeans which are 10 years back. Do eat more to gain some weight.

I tend to wear more dresses and skirts. I don't wear them because they're feminine (I don't give a crap about being feminine), I wear them because physically I find them much more comfortable. I find that i can move around better in roomy dresses and skirts than i can in pants.

Sometimes we always think that we'll be able to reduce our weight and get back to our old jeans kept in the closet unfortunately the weight keeps increasing so we end up not being able to fit in to our jeans. Original jeans are not cheap so we tend to keep it for a long time only to find that we will never be able to put them on anymore.

Most of my clothes are jeans and t-shirts, lol. I put away half of my clothes for warm weather and get them back out in cool, so I frequently go through them and see what fits. I give away whatever doesn't work anymore, or whatever's too torn that I have to find some non-clothing-self use for them, so that I can look for new ones that I'll need that season. My weight change is usually due to muscles, at this point, so that doesn't really effect it.

I used to always plan what I wear back in the day. I would always want my outfits to be fashionable but when I studied college and started to become busy, I suddenly became the jeans and t-shirt type. I had so much more important stuff to worry about than just dressing up. But now that I am done with school, I can go back to planning my clothes and buying trendy ones once again. :D
