I am from India. For me and my Country Independence, Self respect and respecting other countries policies are some of the best policies. When America was fighting the war against terrorism ,I used to support them 100% from my whole heart, but now i a not able to judge what Americans are doing now is right or wrong.
Yes i understand it is hard to hit exactly only terrorists but now a days American's are killing more civilians that terrorists in Iraq,Afghanistan and Pakistan .
My heart goes for those innocent victims caught in between the terrorists and Americans.I want the help of my fellow mylotters to decide if America is doing the right thing or not. Do you justify going into some others country and bombing innocent civilians.
Will Americans accept if some other foreign country enters their country and bomb innocent civilians saying they are fighting a war against terrorism.

Who says America is bombing more innocent civilians than terrorists. Terrorists have never even tried to avoid killing innocent civilians. When terrorists attacked the World Trade centers, Palastinian civilians got out in the streets and celebrated the killing of those 3,000 innocent civilians. Americans never celebrate the killing of civilians and try very hard to avoid it in their militar operations.

Look into this Link ( http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/south_asia/8037576.stm ).This is what happened in Afghanistan. I have seen many similar incidents that happened in Iraq ,Pakistan and other parts of Afghanistan.
What i am saying is if your family ,children and relatives are bombed will you accept the apologies of the people who bombed your world siting the the reasons of terrorism or some other reason.
You always give the example of 3,000 innocent civilians killed in WTC but what about 1000 's that American have killed in Iraq ,Pakistan and other parts of Afghanistan.
Do you mean to say is only American Life a valuable life and there is meaning for a life of a Afghan ,Iraqi or a Pakistani.

It's hard to say from that report, whether or not a US air strike is to blame for the deaths. It is possible that Taliban militants killed the people, specifically to blame it on the US.
This was a successful strategy used in Gaza by Hamas during Israelis attack. Several video footage of Arab civilians shot, were used to claim that Israeli troops had shot them. Of course the international outrage pressured Israel to retreat. Later it came out that Hamas had shot the civilians themselves, specifically to claim Israel had done it.
That said, it is possible that our bombers missed their target. Stuff like that happens in war. In 2003 or so, pilots were told to patrol an area where there was a lot of Taliban activity. The pilots that were on edge, noticed a large group of people firing weapons in the air. Assuming they were being fired on, they returned fire. It later turned out to be a wedding party, where firing rifles in the air was a normal part of their celebration.

I strongly believe that America is not right on that side of the story. Terrorism can not be stopped by terror. It only jeopardized the sinful act of killing. I believe that there some other strategies to stop terrorist rather than shooting or bombing everyone without knowing that civilians are at the center of the fightong and bombing.
