Few days ago i was delivering at a mobile home park (I'm a postie by the way lol) and there's this Jack Russel who seems to be almost possessed. I can hear it barking like crazy even though I'm quite far away from the home where it resides and it cant see me but knows when I'm about. When i get to the home where it lives it goes mental it tries to bash the door down and makes this horrible high pitch bark which hurts your ears. I'm just waiting to see what happens if it gets out! :O I wonder if this dog is a the spawn of a evil being? or just Satan's little pet? lol

All Jack Russells NEED 24 hour love and attention from their humans or they get like this. They become loud, obnoxious, and destructive. Jack Russell's have boundless energy and are VERY active (hyperactive). When they get bored, they become destructive. They are great pets IF you have lots of kids and you homeschool the children so someone is always around to entertain the dog. Also, obedience training is a must. If this poor animal actually got out, it would probably run circles around you while barking it's head off trying to get the attention it needs.

Yes this does make sense because the owner of the dog seems to never be in. When i have a parcel or something like that for her there's never an answer.

Jack Russells are little balls of energy and they are not "agressive" or "viscious"; but, people are sometimes "nipped" by them if they ignore the dog and it wants attention. They are usually careful not to break the skin (they don't want to hurt you they just want your attention); but, they may tear clothing when they are trying to get you to pay attention and play with them - think of an extremely hyperactive 2 year old tugging at you for attention and you'll know what I am talking about.

hmmmmm I would have to say it's Satan's little pet. LOL!! But seriously I would keep a dog treat or maybe a rawhide bone on you when you come to that area in case the dog gets out you can destract it with food.

the dog seems to be threatened by your presense. i do hate coming near a house where a dog barks so loudly as if i am going to intrude into their homes. but i do stay away from those kind of dogs. i fear that they may jump over the fence and come attack me. those are dogs that may bite any one without reason.
