long project

i am really in a build/make type mood and want to build/make/redo something and want to work on it for about 30-40 minutes a day for a couple weeks. Any ideas? preferably on the cheap side.

Do you have any children? how about a dolls house? Or a mini model of the taj mahal or empire state building from matchsticks?
