It could be a "how to live your life", or "how to survive a break up", or "how to enjoy your days" - do you own any similar books?
I have read the Secret it's about how to live with a positive attitude and how that will help you achieve your goals. So far... that didn't really affect how I lived. I think it's a little out of touch from reality.
Do you own a self help book? Or have you read one? What was is about?
Did the self help book help you as you expected it would?

I own books from spiritual gurus like osho, sadhguru, mother and aurovindo. It gives me energy when i feel low. I encourage others to read such spiritual books which will help them to begin a life in a new good way. I feel words from these spiritual master are real boosters for life. They help you to analyze yourself and how to behave in order to overcome sadness.
