I come here the talk about money earning and I bump into lots of posts that have links, that promote other sites, that seek for referrals in a very direct way or that ask for money because they are poor. JEEEZZZ!!! Many times I just skip the post. But there are times that they make me angry (when it´s done by people who are not new to mylot)or I decide to explain (and lose my time miserably). What do you do when you come across such people? Do you accuse them? Do you explain? What is your reaction? This is getting tiring. Everyone knows that if you want to trade sites you can do it by sending a PM. Should I just relax? Do you take it with calm? Share

Some times something needs to be said because of the reason that new members don't read the guidelines. I know because I didn't read them when I first joined. I had lost money and didn't know why until some helpful member did help me out. They told me to read the guidelines. I think we should warn them first. But if they are a repeat offender then yes, I do agree with you, report them if they are a repeat offender. Warn them once then report them twice.

Actually it is good if you can ignore them. They're not worth your time anyways. Don't give them your time of day. However, if it's really getting into your nerves, Chookie is right: warn them once, report them twice.

You might as well relax. The guidelines are a little confusing. This discussion could get pulled just by the word NEWBIES. That's offensive from what I understand about the guidelines. One of mine got pulled because we discussed money on mylot. Guidelines are a little confusing.

I agree with Antique Lady AKA Jo (LOL)...the money seekers need to go elsewhere and get out and find jobs. I'm sorry, yes, the economy is bad, buts it's not THAT bad. Even here in a little town called Morgantown, KY you CAN get a job if you WANT it.

Hello Relax, As for a new member I will calmly let them know, by sending a pm that way they don't get into any trouble etc, as for someone that has been My Lotting for some time now, I feel they should know better, especially after reading post like this one. Happy My Lotting!

5 responses deleted within 30 minutes. I ended a session and went to get some work done. I come back and refresh my home page to notice that the post number has decreased by 5. I was so irked, that I made sure that I responded to discussions that were started by people who had substantial number of posts. Oh yes, I was responding to some discussions by new users. bourne

I have seen quite new users from this site but not always who normally post the same discussion over and over again, at least four times about a site they want to promote.not only that they even post some referral sites to. i responded with warning but they just stabbed me with their foolish words. with no doubt i reported them immediately to mylot, with out prior warning..

I do agree with my dear friend here. DON'T POST LINKS, especially referral links. The referral links are reserved for websites and profiles. Put them all in there. I have and I have invited many interested people to my website link. I too avoid those discussions. But some times if no one has posted anything, then I will say something knowing I won't earn from it. I want to help people earn from mylot. So people please read the guidelines. They are important. Thank you my dear friend. I was considering posting something like this. You are certainly my inspiration.

You logged on net to earn money and bumped into lots of begging posts. How funny is it? isn't it Margucha? ... The same is my opinion about that. More interesting thing is that if you're expecting any kind of official mail you'll find it never in such a bumping inbox.

Well with me being one of the newbies, I have read the guidelines and was under the impression that you were not to promote other sites and ask for referrals in you postings. I also thought that these discussions would be thrown out for not following the guideline rules. I as a newbie have already been hit up 2 times to trade referrals. I do not and will not do this as I am here to make friends, have a good time and hopefully make some money. So if you want to be my friend in hopes that I will be a referral for you, please don't waste my time and yours because it jusy isn't going to happen. I as a mylotter will follow the rules and I hope others will do the same or suffer the consequences. flutterby

Yes it's very annoying to see the violation discussion. I think those people are too selfish about making their own money by putting their referral links on their discussion. It doesn't a sharing of information but it shows those people are greedies. But they greedies won't give them reward here because their discussion or post will be rejected. I think this make extra money interest has the highest record of violation discussion. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

Hi marguicha, I can,t realy say anything bad about them because i done it myself. As you know times is hard and there just looking to make extra money.I do check there links out i feel theres no charm in it. But you have a right to feel mad and i repect that. How have you been doing? any new sites yourself i will send you a message i have a idea to get traffic to your site don,t worry nothing to do with referrals.
