I rented an apartment in Rome last year for 2 weeks for vacation. Well, the owner while giving the welcome tour showed me a stove top Italian coffee maker...I tried it, and let me tell you, it makes for a very good cup of coffee. I purchased one while I was there to take back home with me, and I have yet to use my coffee maker now that I use this stove top one. You don't have to worry about measuring grounds because you just fill the grounds holder and the water reservoir, screw it all together and put it on the burner (works on gas and electric burners). It makes one cup but they come in a variety of sizes. They also come in electric ones, and ones that will steam milk as it brews the coffee (on my wish list). When it's done this way, I like it with cream and splenda.

You need a coffee scoop measuring device. Then follow the dirctions on the coffee package. That's the first step. If the coffe seems to weak, next time add more grinds, or if it's too strong, less grinds. Coffee strength is a personal choice. What I like and how I make it maynot be what someone else would like. Experiment is the best way to get it right for what you like.

Everybody has their own taste. That's why i am confused what kind of coffe will sell well,or how many kinds i should offer in a coffee shop.
My husband said we should have one or two types that makes customers come especially for .

I am not thatmeticulous in making coffee. I dont even brew my coffee. I use one teaspoon of granulated coffee, one teaspoon of sugar and 2 teaspoon of creamer. That's it. SOmetime I put one teaspoon of cocoa to give that mocha flavor taste on it.
