How to have stars?

I am new here in my Lot and I am enjoying my stay here, but I have a lot of question in my mind. Can you please help me understand further mylot? I have noticed stars before the name of some lotters? why do they have stars? How to have stars like them? Are there simple tips that can help have a future here at my lot? What is paypal do I need to pay for it? I will really appreciate if you can help me understand everything here. God Bless.

When you reach your 100th post, the star represent your rating, and i was happy that i get may first star here and the rate was 7 from this day, so try hard to pursue your dream to get your first star, happy mylotting.
