something simple and also needs to be useful or even better something that shows that you really care about her...flowers are an ok choice but jewelry isnt that good...

I think you love and respect your mother a lot.If you are giving any gift to your parent, then it should be some thing special.I think pearl or gold ornament is the best choice.

well first the past mothers day i got my mother something she just adored...moms seem to can never get kids to do what they ask alot of times and have alot of work around the house..so i made my momma a little hand made coupon book..and each coupon had tasks that i would do for her and how many times it could be used...for example one said cook dinner and it could be used 3 times and it expired on a certain date..she loved it and it didnt cost a penny..so i believe there is no best gift really just something that comes from the heart that shows that you atleast care and recognition of her special day period

Anything that shows her that you love her. I always thought that a great gift would be doing something that she loves with her. For example going to the opera if thats what she is into.

A card because its extremely personal and by writing your feelings it shows you really care for the person.

Something she's been saying she needs to get, even if it is new dish towels...lol! I'm a mom of 4 and probably not the normal mom when it comes to receiving gifts. My kids are young still, so I know I will get a couple of handmade goodies which I adore. But I never seem to get around to picking up the little things I always comment on needing to get. If I received something like a new broom, tablecloth, or a gym membership, even, it would show me that the others living in my house or who loved me, were paying attention to me and my needs/wants.

Well I think it should be something mommy-ish? Mostly jewlery is a way to celebrate mothers day. Also takening her out on a nice dinner. At the end of the day always seeing her smile and thanking you for takening her out, and for the gift. Just making your mother happy on that day is a great way to go. Make her feel like she has done a good job for being a mom to you. :)
