For whatever reason, I feel sick after fastfood, the stomach and toilet type sick.I think it maybe because my stomach is not happy with the oil that the fastfood stores use or the type of meat? I don't know. After I experienced couple times, I realized it is not coincidence but the fast food.
Do you have the same problem?

There was once in my life that I really feel sick after eating fastfood. It happened 4 years ago when me and my younger sister had breakfast in Jollibee. The longganisa or sausage wasn't cooked properly. Before we left fastfood, I already went to the toilet as my tummy wasn't feeling good. We didn't keep the receipt. I had diarrhea for 5 days and I was in the toilet every hour. I am taking some medications prescibed by a doctor but seemed it didn't work for me. Even when I was sleeping at night, I would woke up just to go to the toilet. On the 5th day, I was also vomitting. I felt so weak so I asked my friend to take me to the hospital. The doctor made some laboratory testings on me that night and prescribed new medications for me. We went home like 3am and I was so hungry. I feel good again after taking the new medications. I seldom eat in fastfoods again since they don't cook the food that well, its food are not healthy because they used lard and they don't handle the food in good care.

I rather have an apple than eating in fast food place. I didn't eat in fast food place for over 15 years...simple, home cooked food is much better....

Hi mermaidivy, I think your stomach is quite sensitive to the fast food. Yeah, might be most of the fast foods are too oily. As what I know many fast food stores like using the used oil, especial those after frying chickens, fish, or chips …. to cook the other foods. It’s really unhealthy and might bring harm to our body as well.
I like taking fast food for many of them available here are yummy respectively. It’s convenient as well, for sometimes I don’t have time to prepare meals. But for the sake of health, I always try my best not to take fast foods frequently.
Happy posting and take care.

Oh absolutely. For the last few years, I have thought it was because I used to be a raw food vegan. But now, I am wondering if it is the fact the food is just too processed and unfit for human consumption.

For my whole life I have had fast-food or take-away as they call it here in Australia. I have had no problem except that wierd feeling you get when you eat too much fatty food untill January this year. I had kfc then latter that night chucked it back up again. Since then I have always felt the same when eating take-away. Because of the very fast change I am abit worried.

Dear friend,
I had not yet faced any problems from having food from fastfood stores. But at times if I feel any discomfort I would stop having that food and also I would just eat if I feel I am hungry. But mostly I would avoid having food from out of my home.

Nope, fast food is fine for me. Maybe it's because I seldom take fast food; moreover it's usually unclean food that makes me sick.

Hello mermaidivy!!!
Well I am very much fond of fast foods and I have them in many occasions. I know it is bad for health but still I go on. I keep confidence in me that nothing will happen with that and enjoy the fast food whenever I get chance. In fact I don't miss a chance...
I don't usually get sick with these food. But I can't say it has always done nothing. The only problem I may get is the toilet type sick like you mentioned. This usually happens if I kept myself hungry for long time after eating the fast food. If I ate the fast food in the morning and then didn't eat till the evening then, I will surely get lots of problems lol...
I think these are gastrointestinal problem.
Happy mylotting...

We do not eat at fast food restaurants for that very reason.. I will not eat at a restaurant that uses a microwave oven also. My husband gets real bad heartburn if he eats anything that has come out of a microwave so i always find out if they are using one before we go anywhere.

I eat fast food maybe once in every 2 years when my grandchildren coax me into it. I feel awful later on and I feel awful when I´m eating the concoction. The potatoes are fried in old grease (I change oil everytime I make some so I use a little pot and do it in small batches). The hamburgers have something that have no resemblance to meat and same thing happens with ground fish or chicken. My stomach always hurts after that.
I made an experiment once. I brought home some fried chicken, let it cool and then reheated it in the oven. The quantity of grease it had, and the smell left on my kitchen were gross.
In my country, you buy a small hamburger, a small amount of fries and a little glass of sof drink for about $4. With that money, I can buy a whole big chicken to roast at home (a 4 pound bird) or about 5 or 6 liters of milk.

It would happen to me sometimes not really as frequent as you I guess. Well it wouldn't be a surprise if it turn out that way for you. To think that eating fastfood is like murdering your health or your life span. I experience one time where I was eating this chicken from a fastfood store, and when I eat it,some parts of it wasn't well-cooked and I was like, "what the?" and ended up vommiting at the comfort room. My mom immediately complain for that and it was a gross moment for me that time. Honestly, the branch on that fastfood chain closed after 3 months because I was not only the victim of their grossiness. Sometimes I also feel bloated when eating too much from a fastfood restaurant maybe because of the thousand carbs I've consumed. As for me, I still eat at fastfoods but not that often. It isn't really advisable to eat at fastfoods to think that they're food are completely commercial and I guess the carbs you can get from their food.

For me i never get sick when i am eating in a fastfood, because it is from your digestion only, and in your mind it, if you eat it be sure that you swallow very well so that you can't get sick.

I do have the same problem as yours. I felt sick after I ate fastfood sometimes. As a result, I seldom eat the fastfood now. I prefer to cook for myself at home. I don't think the fastfood is secure enough, so I try my best to cook food at home in spite of my short available time.
