Sure I do sometimes. The very fact that we exist is amazing. Sometimes things just seem so sureal. The world is an amazing place, and each of our places on it are so amazing. Sometimes it does not seem real, and since some dreams are so vivid and seem so real, that it does seem as if our real lives could be dream lives. Of course if this was a dream though, I would be experiencing more twists and turns.

Pinch yourself hard, if it is bleeding you are in reality, if it is not, it is a dream. Probably that is why God gave us a feeling called "pain". We can't feel that pain in dream, we have to be wake to feel it. So, that is a kind of beep to alarm me that I am not sleeping.

I had a dream a week or so ago. It was so very clear and vivid that I struggled physically because I KNEW it wasn't happening. It was my last anxious moment at a dentist office, putting this plastic gunk over my upper teeth to make a model of my mouth.
The gunk squeezed down my throat and I couldn't breathe. I had to use the back part of my tongue to make an airway. Then my gag reflex is really sensitive, so for the minute or two it took, it was horrendous.
My dream was reliving that, and it was very real. It finally dissolved at the end and I woke up to recall it now.
It is my opinion since I have the ability to fly in my dreams once they become lucid, that proves to me I'm living the life and dreaming the dreams.

Hello blueeyedmommy03, last week I was thinking something like that. I have on a profile with a quote "All that we see or seem is just a dream within a dream~Edgar Allan Poe ". It was after I was rushed in surgery when I started thinking about life and life being surreal. Sometimes when I haven't spoken with a real person or seen a real person I think am I the only one here! When I finally get ahold of a real person then I know I'm not dreaming. Then again, who really knows.
