I didn't know it was national day of prayer. Well I'm in the UK and we dont have that (well at least I never heard that here). I pray everyday as much as I can so I may not be there to join you physically, but spiritually we're all together so I'll be praying at my end. God bless you for that. Cheers

we live in a world full of cruelty and injustice. many religions teach that the sufferings we experience are god's will. god never causes what is wicked. far be it
from the true god to act wickedly, and the almighty to act unjustly! job:34:10. god
has a loving purpose for humans. that is why jesus taught us to pray. our father in the heavens, let...your kingdom . let your will take place, as in heaven, also
upon earth. god's cares so deeply about us that he has gone to great lengths to make the fulfillment of his purpose a certainty. please note: every day should be
considered a day for prayer with no exceptions. god be with you!

That I didn't know. I wish all calendars would have stuff like that in them. My calendar doesn't tell me when their are special days such as this or days like Happy sister day or friends day which I am sure if it did it would be celebrated more. But I only have the same ol' same ol' usual stuff.

My prayers are no different today than they are any other day. I say a number of prayers a day, and today is no different. Right now I am praying for a friend of mine who hurt his knee, and won't be back at work for a while. I hope he gets over his knee injury ASAP.

I pray every day and I do pray for the protection of God's people and the confrontation of their enemies who will not change from their evil ways. I usually pray in the morning and the evening except for grace and do not know if those times are conducive to the National Day of Prayer. I also have a cold and am not that well, but I do hope the numerous prayers sent up to heaven are effective and that God will cause the hearts of many to be opened and the evil that many wish to visit on HIS people be restrained.
