Do you have any obsessions?

I have ever seen a caricature which shows a restaurant, from which you can see it's dirty kitchen and it's clean dining-room, and there is a closed door between the two rooms. What do you think when you see such a scene? Well, I think, not all clean restaurants by appearance have clean kitchens,so I think it's useful to visite their kitchens while you want to order from them,however,maybe it's difficult to do this, anyway,it's secrets for some restaurants.
