MUSIC vs TV for relaxation

I have always loved music, I think the sole reason for this is that my mum used to have the ghetto blaster on all the time when I was a kid - it just carved me out as a person, I started to sing and basically i've been intrigued by most kinds of music ever since. I believe that for me personally music is way more effective than TV when used for relaxing at home. I admit that TV is great for learning and having a giggle - but apart from that it is a sales machine and a newsdesk - there isn't much real relaxation included, you might feel it a bit if you stick a music channel on - do you agree with me?
