I have eaten so many dried blueberries. My teeth totally turned blue. You know, there are lots of people with yellow teeth. But it both weird me and others out that my teeth are blue. However, it is no big deal! Of course, I can find a way to get through this. How white are your teeth? If they are not that white, do you have any trick to take care of them?

Due to age, my teeth are rather yellow, except the one that had to be capped about 35 years ago. You see, the porcelain cap makes it a false tooth, which does not age like natural teeth. There are many products on the market that younger people can use to keep their teeth white. My best suggestion is, whenever possible, brush after eating, every time. This means after each meal and after snacks, too. Avoid smoking, coffee, tea, and cola beverages. Use a soft toothbrush and a good quality toothpaste. A couple of times a week, use baking soda instead of toothpaste. There are products on the market that profess to whiten teeth, but I can't vouch for them one way or the other. However, my granddaughter says they help. I think that it's the contrast with the deep tan that she has acquired that make her teeth look so white. Perhaps the best hint for white teeth is to choose your ancestors wisely. The darker, the better.

Haha, it is interesting! But I don't want to be so dark! If I am really that duck, I can spend less on the tooth paste thing. Also, I don't have to pay anything for the sun cream. It is worth thinking about!
Take care

LOL. My teeth are fairly white. I am a smoker and I like to drink my coffee also. I try to take care of my teeth too in the process.

I like to drink coffee too. But these days, I drink more milk instead! I guess milk is much more delicious!

Well, they are very very yellow since I am such a heavy tea drinker. However, I don't care about it too much! lol

I get it! If there is no odontopathy, it will be just ok! Anyway, we should take good care of our teeth!
