Bread baking oops

Hi to all , iv'e been trying for more than a month now but something goes wrong my bread is always dry and crumbly strange , the ingredients are right the oven perfect , there is a mistake i am making but i cant seem to get it right , any mylotters willing to give a tip , greetings bignik

Maybe you could post the recipe? It may help identify where the mistake is happening.
If you are using active dry yeast, are you waiting for the mixture to become foamy before you begin to add the other ingredients? The yeast enables your dough to rise, and keeps the air pockets in the bread as it sets. This helps your bread to get that softness that you are after.
Also, when you are leaving your dough to rise, try only leaving it for the recommended time. Leaving it for too long after it the dough has risen can prevent your bread from rising again when you bake it.
