Don't read!

Don't read! I don't mean do not read actually but don't read while you're lying. Becase it is not good to read while you're lying because it directly pours an effect on your eyesisght. Some says it causes weak eyesight and problem concerning the eyes.

Hmmmm...I guess it does have an affect on your sight. It gives me a headache whenever I read lying down. Now it is much good to read while sitting or just reclining just a bit. And one more thing, reading e-books is a no no for me. I used to do that and my eyes and head hurt like hell. But nonetheless I had to finish it. Hehehe it was a deadline and I have to study.

yesh it does.. also lying while your hair is wet.. :( now my 20 / 20 vision is 20/25 we should take good care of ourselves.. we mind end up regretting things in life :(

many persons don't want to read the things that beyond his domain. my teacher don't offer the student to read novels. and many persons say if they read some things. they will be easily effet. there are many bad things for you to read.and you are easily to received for free.
