hai friend. in some situations it relys on your parter. if he is dexterous in solving family problems then monster can be mother. to achieve a hardy future we have to go through some understanding. yes there are some crazy mother in law, who are very indocile. i don't know what they want actually. take care.

My mother in law is pretty tough.. and at times I do feel like she wishes that her son had married someone else. But I respect her as i do my mother.. after all, I married my husband and I that mean I have married into his family as well. We've been married for 6 years and she's started to accept me better but she does love my children unconditionally..
So if you think your mother-in-law is out to get you, it's just issues that she needs to deal with herself and it has nothing to do with you. We just need to be patient. If you feel like your mother-in-law has gone overboard with critiques or comments, you can tell your husband gently about it. As long as you don't try to make him pick sides, it'll hopefully turn out okay. :)

situations comes and we can't help it. in laws are sometimes monster but I think all thier wants is to protect us from danger, some are anger to see it personaly but I think we must know our boyfriend/girlfriends' family first before making lifetime commitments to get aware of those monster.
By the way i'm also single and i'm hoping to have lovable and kind in laws very soon...

my mother in law is a very nice mother in law that i ever have known, she was there for us through bad times and good times. everytime my husband and i got an argument, she protects me than my husband whom of course her own son. she was there in my times of need when my mother was not available. i love my mother in law so much, that is why i share everything that i have with her, give her christmas gifts and other things that could make her happy.

my mother in law is a tough woman, she could not have a good relationship with her sons. but to me she is nice lady. I think mostly to her I'm foreigner more than her daugher in law. So I have no problem with her.
Just take easy with these relationship when you are not single anymore.
It's not as bad as you see on films.
